Robert found that his professional membership with Les Toques Blanches opened many doors for him on a recent trip to France, Sweden and Japan. This trip inspired the new apricot & hazelnut meringue gateau which has been added to other popular favourites such as mascarpone gateau, strawberry & chocolate gateau and the newly inspired citron gateau. As always there is an array of classic fruit flans, generously piled high with glazed strawberries or seasonal fruits. In addition to the individual chocolate and coffee eclairs is a range of cheesecakes, such as cherry and almond flan or blueberry baked kuchen. Robert, Patissier, studied and worked in France, Switzerland, Italy and Germany - such experience has proven to be fundamental to the development of Muratti's Australian repertoire. Darek or Robert and their experienced team can show you a catalogue of Muratti's specialty cakes, including wedding and birthday cakes, some of which are available in the shop daily. You can purchase a whole gateau or choose from the extensive range of individual gateaux. If you would like a whole gateau it is always best to order. The croquembouche is another festive occasion cake available on request.
Muratti is committed to implementing a quality system based on the Quality System Standard HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). In compliance with HACCP, internal audits have been conducted prior to an external auditing process by a recognised International Certification Services (SGS) Australia Pty Ltd.
