"I wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did with the wedding cake - it is simply a masterpiece!  Everyone loved the display cake, they said it was so beautiful.
 
Everyone also liked the cake itself when it was served - they all asked where I bought it from and said it was delicious!  The Hilton did a good job of serving it, nice clean cut with apricot coulis and cream on the side.
 
The bonboniere was a hit - people were opening them already to eat on the night!
